Our Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

• - A 25% Non Refundable Deposit is to be made at the time of booking.
• - Full payment is to be made one month before the wedding or event.
• - If full payment is not received one month before the event, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
• - If the event or wedding is cancelled within a month of the date of the event or wedding, then full payment is still required and no refunds will be made.
• - If a new date is required, then this will be carried over to the new date within a 12 month period. 
• - If Drayhorse Shires cancel for any reason, then a full refund will be given.
